What you get:

🥷2-hour Ninja party for up to 15 Ninjas. 🥷

👉 They’ll kick things off with 1-Hour in the Ninja Gym, followed by 30-minutes in the party room  (for food, snacks, and presents), then wrap it up back in the Ninja Gym for the last 30 minutes with even more fun!

🎈Food, beverages, cake, presents, etc. not included. 🎈

🎉 Basic party room decorations are always included to enhance the festive atmosphere and create a memorable birthday experience.

You have the option to add your own decorations to personalize the space.

You will also have access to our kitchen during your allotted party room time.

The Party Room must be tidied and vacated by the end of your party booking time.

Don’t Forget to Sign Our Waiver

✍️ All participants must complete a waiver before beginning their adventure with All Out Ninja, including parents or other guests who wish to participate with the group.

👶 Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Deposit $60 (tax incl.)

Saturday Open Gym Ninja Party (2-hr) 15 Ninjas (Ages 5+) $275+tax

Sunday Private Gym Ninja Party (2-hr) 15 Ninjas (Ages 4+) $395 +tax

Additional Participants Add $10/Ea. +tax

Payments

All parties and events must be paid in full no later than the day before your scheduled booking.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your party and helps us keep the facility clean and welcoming for all guests.
To receive your deposit refund after the party, please ensure the party room and basement areas are tidied and returned to the condition they were in when you arrived.
We aim to process deposit refunds within 72 hours after your party ends.

Deposits may be forfeited if:

·         The party room and basement areas are not tidied & vacated by the end of your scheduled party booking.

·         Food or drinks are brought onto the gym floor, or participants return to the gym after eating without washing their hands, resulting in dirty equipment.

·         Dirty outdoor footwear or clothing are worn anywhere in the facility.

·         Early arrival or if the party runs over time.

·         Any other actions cause excessive mess, damage, or disruption to the facility or schedule.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking.

·         All cancellation refund transactions are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.

·         If your booking is canceled within 24-hours of your booking confirmation or at least 4 weeks before your scheduled booking date, you’re eligible for a refund of your payment including the deposit, minus the 10% cancellation fee.
Deposit Forfeiture: Cancellations outside of these timeframes will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
